
Traub Lieberman, its partners and associates are proud to support and sponsor Denis Farrell and "Team Jake" and their efforts to raise money for cancer research. On June 13th Denis will be riding in the 50 mile Jim Calhoun Cancer Challenge Bike Ride. The Ride will benefit cancer research at the University of Connecticut and Coaches vs. Cancer, a program established in 1993 by the American Cancer Society. Denis will be raising money on behalf of Team Jake. Jake is the 5 year old son of a family friend who has recently finished treatment for leukemia. Team Jake is riding in his honor to help those who are affected by this disease and not as fortunate.

Traub Lieberman Supports Our Wounded Warriors As a Sponsor of the 2011 Big Apple Run for the Warriors
On June 5th Traub Lieberman showed its support for our wounded veterans as a sponsor of the Big Apple Run for the Warriors. The Big Apple Run for the Warriors raised over $40,000 for Hope for the Warriors, a non-profit organization that supports wounded U.S. service members their families and families of the fallen. The mission of the organization is "to enhance the quality of life for US service members and their families nationwide who have been adversely affected by injuries or death in the line of duty. Hope for the Warriors actively seeks to ensure that the sacrifices of wounded and fallen warriors and their families are never forgotten nor their needs unmet."
In addition to its participation as a corporate sponsor and participation in the run/walk by a large number of employees, family and friends, the Traub Lieberman team raised over $6,400 for this great cause, with Rich Traub finishing as the top individual fundraiser at the event.
