Traub Eglin Lieberman Straus LLP Selects CaseKnowledge for New Case Management Platform for Clients

January 10, 2006

EDISON, New Jersey -- Traub Eglin Lieberman Straus (TELS) announced that it has selected CaseKnowledge to power its new litigation management system. TELS new web-based system will help attorneys quickly share information and case developments with clients. With the new platform, internal litigation managers will experience secure access to real-time information and case- related documents. TELS clients will also benefit from full-text searching for all information and documents submitted through the system, accessible from any computer connected to the web.

"At TELS, we always strive to improve our systems, our efficiency, and our communication with our clients," noted Richard K. Traub, Founding Partner of TELS. "Our search for a secure, web-based solution that could help us provide timely information to our clients ultimately led us to CaseKnowledge."

CaseKnowledge, Inc., is a Chicago-based litigation management software company that helps law firms and their clients improve litigation outcomes and reduce their litigation costs. Status reports, defense theory, litigation plans, defense budgets, and damages and settlement analyses are just some of the components accessible through the web-based platform.

"Through our new platform, TELS clients will be able to fully customize every case file," added Traub. "The management reporting and metrics provided in the CaseKnowledge application will allow us to prepare client management reports quickly and easily. This increased efficiency, along with the valuable information contained in these reports, puts every one of our clients in the driver's seat."

TELS' new case management portal will automatically issue alerts for key events in the litigation process, including discovery deadlines. Whether it is an approaching trial date, deadline for a status report or an exposure analysis, the CaseKnowledge system alerts users to upcoming and passed deadlines. TELS clients can direct both the frequency and recipients of each alert by case type. Communications to and from the firm can also be managed within the application.

Launch of the new TELS web-based litigation management platform, powered by CaseKnowledge, is expected in the first quarter of 2006. For more information on the CaseKnowledge platform, visit them online at www.caseknowledge.com.
