March 16, 2007
EDISON, New Jersey -- TRAUB EGLIN LIEBERMAN
STRAUS LLP (TELS) announces that founding partner Rich Traub has been asked by the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel to chair the Continuing Legal Education program at its Annual Meeting to be held in Sun Valley, Idaho during the week of July 22, 2007.
Rich has already put together an exciting program that will include a debate between both sides of the litigation fence on issues impacting catastrophic events and insurance for those events to the problems involved in trying to keep sexual predators out of the work place. The latter program will feature national experts on repressed memory and on the former, nationally prominent lawyers Dickie Scruggs and Victor Schwartz. At Rich's request, the FDCC's own E-Discovery Task Force will present a 2 hour interactive study on the current state of the laws and over 20 substantive law sections of the FDCC have prepared a seriesof informative and exiting presentations and debates on all matters of substantive law.
TELS
congratulates Mr. Traub for this honor, and his on-going work with the Federation. For
