Jason P. Herman to Present "The Art of the Settlement" at the National Business Institute

The all-day seminar will help lawyers and claims professionals navigate the settlement process by combining case studies, hypotheticals and mock negotiations to help build skills that make a better negotiator. Topics include: confidently deciding on case strategy, understanding the steps involved in the settlement process, handling settlement conferences and how to effectively use the mediation process when settlements otherwise fail.
