Chris Nadeau is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office where he defends clients against various types of casualty claims. He concentrates his practice on defending complex trucking, construction, premises, and medical liability claims. Chris has defended the interests of various insureds throughout the upper Midwest. He is licensed in Illinois and Indiana and has served as lead counsel in Michigan on several transportation-related claims.
Chris has significant experience working with both traditional and Captive insurance programs. He begins working immediately with the client to best protect their interests and to determine the most effective strategy for resolving claims.
In addition to his defense work, Chris has represented and advised insurance companies in complex claim disputes, declaratory judgment actions, and bad faith actions. His work encompasses general liability and excess liability as well as various professional liability coverages.
