Dan Ecker practices in the firm’s professional liability,
employment practices liability and premises liability areas.
He has represented lawyers, insurance agents, corporations, school districts and religious institutions in all phases of litigation. Mr.
Ecker also has significant experience as a medical malpractice
litigator, having represented major metropolitan hospitals
and physicians in a broad range of medical malpractice disputes.
He has also practiced in the fields of commercial and criminal
defense litigation.
Mr. Ecker received his Juris Doctor from
Fordham University School of Law in 1996 and graduated from
Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993. Mr. Ecker
was admitted to the New York Bar in 1997. He is a member of
the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. |
