Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Danielle H. Garten began her legal career practicing civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, labor law and construction related matters in a mid-sized Manhattan law firm.  During her career, Ms. Garten has briefed appeals for argument before the Appellate Division, Second Department and the Appellate Term. Ms. Garten has taken numerous successful verdicts in various jurisdictions in the State of New York.

Currently, Ms. Garten concentrates in the areas of professional liability, premises liability, construction related matters and general negligence.
