Jamie Kuebler is a partner with Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP’s New York office where he handles a broad range of civil litigation in State and Federal courts. Mr. Kuebler’s practice includes the defense of construction accidents, construction defect, professional liability, motor vehicle, insurance coverage and lead paint exposure matters. He focuses on New York State Labor Law claims and the defense of architects and engineers, and is a frequent lecturer on these topics.
Mr. Kuebler is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District. He holds memberships in DRI, the ABA Litigation Section and the New York State Bar Association Insurance, Torts & Compensation Section.
Mr. Kuebler graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, with a minor concentration in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School where he was the recipient of the Woodrow Wilson Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law. He is now a mentor with New York Law School’s Student Mentor Program.
Mr. Kuebler was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2014, 2015 and 2016, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of lawyers in New York.
In addition to his professional obligations, Mr. Kuebler is a certified CrossFit instructor and competes in regional and national competitions.
