Katherine M. Kelleher joined the firm’s Chicago office in February 2011 as an associate. Katie handles a variety of litigation in state and federal court involving bodily injury and property damage in construction negligence, product liability, premises liability, general tort, and civil rights matters. Katie also serves as counsel for excess insurance carriers where she evaluates liability issues and potential exposure for each claim, monitors the progress of the defense, and assists in negotiating the carrier’s settlement contribution. Where needed, Katie also advises the carriers in identifying potential coverage issues that may exist. Prior to joining the firm, Katie served as a law clerk for the Honorable Deborah Mary Dooling in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division.
