Marta N. Kozlowska currently concentrates in professional liability, employment practices liability, premises liability and commercial litigation areas representing lawyers, insurance agents, corporations and municipalities in all phases of litigation.
As a Deputy Attorney General with New Jersey’s Division of Law, Marta represented the New Jersey Department of Education and its various entities in all aspects of litigation including issuance, revocation and suspension of teaching certificates, claims related to funding issues with regard to public and private educational institutions, and enforcement of due process orders in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. §1400.
