Michael DiDonato focuses on insurance coverage issues related to professional liability (E&O) policies. His empahsis is handling policies that cover financial institutions, broker/dealers, Investment Adviser Representatives (IARs), and registered representatives. Mr. DiDonato received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2006. During law school, he interned for the New York City Department of Buildings, as part of their Buildings Special Investigation Unit. He also interned for the Hon. Richard Lee Price, New York Supreme Court, Bronx County, Criminal Division. He received a B.S. degree from SUINY New Paltz in 2003, graduating magna cum laude.
