Michael Hale

Michael is experienced in handling every aspect of a claim; from pre-suit investigations beginning the moment an incident happens, all the way through litigation, trying multiple cases to verdict. His goal is to protect his client’s interests at every stage, ensuring every action he takes is aimed at defending against liability and minimizing exposure.

Michael Hale was born and raised in South Florida. Prior to becoming a defense attorney Michael worked with several Plaintiff’s firms, which solidified his resolve to defend individuals and entities alike. Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Michael worked at a statewide insurance defense firm for 6 years handling wrongful death, construction defect, products liability, personal injury protection, insurance fraud, premises liability, and other general liability cases from discovery through trial.
