Sheryl Bruzzese has spent her career handing a variety of litigation in both federal and New York state courts, including Federal Civil Rights Actions brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C.§1983 civil negligence and class action cases from inception through motion practice and trial. She specializes in the defense of labor law, premises and products liability, environmental, motor vehicle, construction, and civil rights related matters. Prior to joining the firm, she disposed of several federal civil rights cases either by motion or trial while serving as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division of the NYC Law Department.
