Frank Swanson is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office who emphasizes providing his clients with practical legal advice that is tailored to their needs by focusing on maintaining an open and honest relationship.
Frank focuses his practice on coverage issues and the litigation of disputed coverage claims involving professional, general liability, and excess liability throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm, Frank was an associate at firm in Des Moines, Iowa, where he focused on defending insureds in a wide array of civil litigation matters, as well as the litigation of complex coverage matters.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Frank earned his law degree from Drake University Law School, where he enjoyed his work in the Drake Legal Clinic representing low-income litigants in family law and landlord/tenant matters. Frank also served as the Supreme Court Scholar with the Iowa Supreme Court for Fall 2018-Spring 2019, where he aided in the research and writing of a legal paper with Justice Edward Mansfield.
