Justin also recognizes that clear client communication at every stage in a case’s lifecycle is critical to a strong attorney-client relationship and increases the likelihood of a positive outcome.
Justin is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office who concentrates his practice on construction law, general liability, labor and employment, premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation. He has extensive experience handling matters involving construction defects, bodily injury, property damage, wrongful discharge, harassment and discrimination, as well as landlord-tenant disputes, contract preparation, negotiation, and judgment collections.
With an impressive track record of success at trial and in arbitration, Justin represents real estate developers, construction contractors, design professionals, trucking companies, auto dealerships and various private business entities in insurance and non-insurance matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before state administrative agencies. Early in his career, Justin served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alan M. Ahart, Bankruptcy Judge.
A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Justin earned his law degree from Chapman University School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Agency & Partnerships, and served as an Academic Fellow for Civil Procedure. Justin also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert Alberts, Bankruptcy Judge, and law clerk for the State Bar of California, Office of Enforcement.
An active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association, Justin is a baseball fan and avid bowler who enjoys spending his free time with family and friends and visiting local craft breweries.
