An associate in the firm’s Chicago office, Kyle focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters, including those involving commercial general liability policies, commercial umbrella and excess policies, and professional liability policies. He also prepares coverage opinions and handles all phases of insurance litigation, proactively identifying issues of concern or opportunity, crafting logical and compelling arguments, and developing pragmatic solutions.
Kyle graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where he received numerous academic awards and served as the Business and Lead Articles Editor for the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property Law. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rita Novak in the Circuit Court of Cook County, General Chancery Division.
When not serving his clients, Kyle volunteers his time and talents for LadderUp, providing pro bono tax return preparation services for low-income Chicagoans. He also enjoys competing in trivia events, spinning vinyl, and attempting to train his cats.
