Michael A. Golino

Michael is an Associate in the firm’s Hawthorne, NY office. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including general liability, premises liability, labor law, and motor vehicle accidents. Michael places an emphasis on creative thinking and developing multiple solutions to every problem. He is a fierce advocate for his clients, applying strategic negotiation tactics in pursuit of their objectives, while maintaining clear and open communication at every stage of the case.

While earning his law degree from Pace Law School, Michael demonstrated strong advocacy skills as a member of Pace’s National Mock Trial Team and semi-finalist in Pace’s First Year Moot Court Competition. He also spent time working as a clerk at small law firms, where he gained experience handling complex case files and drafting various motions related to Labor Law and Insurance Defense.
