A passionate and experienced litigator, Nare leaves nothing on the table when advancing or defending her clients’ interests. An associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Nare focuses her practice on complex and multi-district litigation, construction law, general liability, insurance coverage/reinsurance, labor and employment, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and trucking and transportation matters.
Nare takes pride in her thorough preparation and tireless efforts in every matter with which her clients entrust her. She represents and defends insurance companies, contractors, employers, trucking and transportation companies, and professionals. Handling all aspects and phases of litigation in California and federal courts, Nare has successfully opposed and argued various pleadings, including demurrers, motions for summary judgment/adjudication, and motions to strike complaints.
She has opposed several Special Motions to Strike (anti-SLAPP motions), has taken and defended numerous depositions of keyfact, third party, and expert witnesses, and has independently tried and obtained verdicts in bench trials. Always seeking the optimal and most efficient resolution of disputes, Nare has reached over one hundred settlements of various matters for her clients. Nare’s cases have been the subjects of articles in the Los Angeles Times and Daily Journal in which she was quoted and her arguments discussed.
Clients benefit from Nare’s diverse and extensive experience in a wide variety of contested matters. She has independently litigated all aspects of high-volume collection law matters spanning all counties of California, including serving as lead attorney for post-judgment enforcement matters. Nare has also handled numerous labor and employment matters, including class action lawsuits and the arbitration of wage and hour cases, representing the interests of both employees and employers.
After graduating with honors and a double major from the University of California, Berkeley, Nare earned her law degree from California Western School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and Moot Court Honors Board and was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. When not representing her clients, Nare enjoys writing short stories and screenplays and spending a nice day with her family.
