As an associate in the firm’s New York office, Walder is a firm believer in offering her clients effective and responsive representation with an understanding of each client’s unique position and goals. Walder focuses her practice on New York Labor Law, premises and products liability as well as construction site accidents and construction defect claims.
Walder earned her law degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University with a certificate in International Law. She also concentrated her studies on Business/Corporate law and interned in the legal department of a manufacturing corporation. In her final year of law school, Walder interned at the Office of the Attorney General where she gained experience in civil litigation, charities regulation and civil management of recidivist sex offenders upon the expiration of their criminal sentence.
Walder enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
