Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP associate Rina Clemens (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), attended The Florida Bar Path to Inclusion Symposium 2017 last week in Orlando, FL. This inaugural event focused on developing competencies aimed at creating a more inclusive legal profession and law practices in corporate law departments, law firms and in the public sector. The plenary session explored how implicit bias affects lawyers and the legal profession. The symposium included presentations on gender bias, implicit and explicit bias, and multicultural inter-disciplinary programs.
