Traub Lieberman Attorneys to Participate in USLAW Conference

Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP partners Robert S. Nobel, Lisa M. Rolle, Eric D. Suben, and Jamie Kuebler will be participants in the 2018 USLAW Professional Liability Exchange to be held in Jersey City, New Jersey on May 18-19, 2018. The Exchange brings together thought leaders from the legal profession and the insurance industry for a series of presentations and panel discussions addressing hot and emerging topics in the area of professional liability insurance. Mr. Nobel is scheduled to be a panelist on the topic “Pointing Fingers: Is It a Professional Liability Risk or a CGL Risk?” Mr. Nobel’s professional liability practice focuses on the defense of architects, engineers, and attorneys. In addition, he counsels primary, excess, and umbrella insurers on a variety of coverage issues, and prosecutes and defends coverage actions on behalf of insurers nationwide.

Mr. Suben will discuss application of multiple professional liability exclusions as a member of the panel entitled “What Do You Mean It’s Not Covered?” Mr. Suben frequently represents insurers with respect to E&O claims against lawyers, brokers, public adjusters, and others.

Ms. Rolle and Mr. Kuebler will contribute their expertise based on extensive experience litigating issues involving the professional liability of architects, engineers, surveyors, construction managers, and others in the construction industry.
