Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP partner Robert Dennison will be presenting at the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Pacific Southwest Region Forum at The Queen Mary, Long Beach, California, April 27-28, 2014. Mr. Dennison will be presenting on “Insurance Certificates and Endorsements.” NAWIC was founded by 16 women working in the construction industry. Knowing that women represented a small fraction of the construction industry, the founders organized NAWIC to create a support network, the core purpose of which is to enhance the success of women in the industry.
Mr. Dennison’s practice includes defense of a wide variety of general liability matters at the trial and appellate level, including construction defect and construction accidents, trucking, premises liability and product liability. He defends employers in civil actions and before government agencies in discrimination, wage & hours class actions, and other employment matters. Mr. Dennison has also successfully defended attorneys, insurance brokers, architects, and other professionals in professional negligence actions. He is a frequent speaker to insurance clients and organizations on compliance with the California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations and various topics concerning tort liability and third party liability insurance coverage in California and other states.
