Brian N. Heffner

Brian graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor of science in 2010. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. Brian is a versatile attorney whose practice areas include professional liability defense, general liability, and commercial litigation. Brian is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, as well as in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida in Federal Court.

Before joining Traub Lieberman, Brian defended clients against medical and legal malpractice, as well as general liability claims at another Florida litigation firm. Before that, he represented creditors in mortgage foreclosure actions. His diverse background has made Brian an adaptable attorney who can provide the best results for our clients.
