Richard K. Traub to Speak at the Excess Surplus Lines Claims Association in London on April 25, 2008

EDISON, NEW JERSEY - Richard K. Traub, Founding Partner of Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry, has been invited to be a speaker for the Excess Surplus Lines Claims Association (ESCLA) conference in London. The ESCLA London Conference will take place at The Old Library, Lloyd's on April 25, 2008.

The ESCLA conference is designed to provide members insight on reform, both internal to and outside of the London insurance market. Mr. Traub will be joining several esteemed speakers at the conference, including The Right Honorable The Lord Hunt of Wirral, House of Lords; Steve Matanle, Chairman of the Market Reform Group; and others at this important conference. Mr. Traub will be addressing issues of tort reform taking place in the United States, and providing an update for attendees on the recent convictions of AIG and Gen Re executives.

The following week, Mr. Traub will be joined by Meryl Lieberman to film segments for "Risk TV" a regular program hosted by former BBC newscasters. Risk TV focuses on a variety of issues impacting liability risks and exposures the Lloyd's Market may face, from emerging threats to the recent sub-prime crises plaguing global markets.
