Mr. Traub has published a number of articles, books and papers dealing with environmental forensics, technology and e-commerce liabilities; and construction defect litigation.

Mr. Traub's coverage, pharmaceutical and construction practices include, in addition to litigation, contract negotiation, contract interpretation, policy preparation, claims avoidance, alternative dispute resolution and appeal. In all areas, he acts as both counsel of record and as coordinating counsel for national client programs. His role as coordinating or litigation management counsel includes providing consistency and quality of defense and claims resolution, acting as a central, single source of information for the client in pre-claim and post-claim crisis management, reducing litigation expense and insuring prompt, coordinated responses for all matters that are in suit.
