A partner in the firm’s New York office, Alan brings more than two decades of litigation experience focused on the defense of liability matters, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage issues. With extensive trial and appellate experience, he has defended property owners and contractors in a wide range of personal injury and property damage lawsuits arising out of construction. Alan also routinely represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in product liability matters, defends premises liability cases, and handles complex business disputes for corporate clients.

Alan's litigation skills enable him to navigate the legal process strategically, achieving the most favorable outcomes for his clients with a balance of assertiveness and practicality.
