An experienced insurance defense attorney, Cassidy Fordiani is an associate in the firm’s St. Petersburg, Florida office. She provides strategic litigation support and defense in a range of first-party property claims, representing insurance carriers from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation.

Cassidy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida with a major in criminology. While in law school, she served as the President of the Business Law Society and Historian of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, she worked at firms specializing in first-party property defense.

Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two young kids. She is also involved in the Down Syndrome community in Tampa Bay, serving as secretary on the board of FRIENDS of Tampa Bay.
