Lisa attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she participated in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. During law school, she was a law clerk at two different law firms assisting in the areas of complex commercial litigation. She also completed an externship at the University of Miami Health System’s Office of Privacy and Data Security, where she researched and analyzed state and federal privacy rules and regulations, as well as healthcare compliance. Prior to attending law school she worked at the New York State Assembly as a legislative intern.
