With a strong work ethic and a dedication to representing the interests of her clients with honesty, integrity, and professionalism, Rachel Colquhoune is a fierce defender of her clients. An associate in the St. Petersburg office, Rachel focuses her practice of first party property claim disputes, including windstorm claims, water damage claims, and fire loss claims. She works closely with her clients throughout all aspects of the matter, including drafting of pleadings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Rachel has extensive trial experience in the state of Florida.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office in Pinellas County for more than six years, where she tried upwards of 50 misdemeanor and felony cases. She is a member of the Human Trafficking Task Force in Pinellas County, where she provides legal guidance to local law enforcement.

Rachel was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida and has lived in Pinellas County throughout her life. She is a wife and mom to two young children. When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to all of her children’s activities.
