On January 26, 2022, the New York State Senate passed the amendments to the Comprehensive Insurance Disclosure Act discussed in our post of January 19.
The amendments are now before the Judiciary Committee in the Assembly and are expected to pass, as the amendments were negotiated between Governor Hochul and the leaders of the houses. We will continue to update as the amendments make their way through the legislative process.
