TLSS partner Daniel G. Ecker was recently named Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Trial Lawyers Section’s Committee on Lawyers Professional Liability and Ethics. The Committee focuses on issues in the professional malpractice arena within the context of the Trial Lawyers Section, which addresses issues relating to trial practice and procedure. The Committee’s tasks include participating in CLE programs and writing articles for the Bar Association’s Journal.
