Traub Lieberman is pleased to announce that Brian C. Bassett has been appointed as Managing Partner of the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Bassett succeeds Michael Knippen, prior firm Chair and Managing Partner of the Chicago office, who has transitioned to Chair Emeritus and Counsel within the firm. Mr. Bassett is a longstanding member of the firm’s Management Committee and focuses his practice on insurance coverage, excess monitoring, cyber-risk, and data security. With the support of his fellow Chicago Partners, Mr. Bassett will oversee the office’s move to a new downtown office later this year.
