With extensive experience in excess liability matters, Brandt regularly counsels carriers through all phases of multimillion-dollar litigation involving complex issues of coverage, liability and exposure. He provides coverage advice for cases pending throughout the country and prides himself on his ability to understand all aspects of the litigation to properly advance the interests of the carrier from case inception through its resolution.
Brandt also prepares coverage opinions and handles all aspects of coverage and bad faith litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. His record of success includes a victory in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, Brandt earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, is active in several philanthropic activities, and enjoys spending his time away from the office with family and friends.
