A partner in the firm’s New York office, Erin focuses her practice on general liability, including premises liability, construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and property damage claims. She handles all aspects of litigation, regularly representing property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in Labor Law actions. She also defends commercial property owners, homeowners, commercial property tenants, trucking companies and drivers, janitorial companies, snow removal contractors, restaurants, event production companies, Dojos, and individuals in a range of liability claims.
Erin is experienced in appellate practice and mediation. She is also adept at successfully pursuing risk transfer on behalf of her clients. Erin provides her clients with efficient and accessible representation. She prides herself on her diligence and meticulous preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin practiced at an insurance defense firm, litigating premises liability, property damage, motor vehicle accident and Labor Law claims. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Powers, Jr., J.S.C. during the 2015-2016 Court Term in the New Jersey Superior Court for Bergen County. Erin received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was named a University of Connecticut Scholar and earned a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Moot Court. She’s an avid traveler, and she has served on the boards of the Junior League of Poughkeepsie and the Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association.
