Jessica’s practice primarily focuses on insurance defense, and she routinely represents insureds in a wide range of liability disputes, including construction defect, personal injury, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, products liability and general commercial matters. She also has extensive experience by routinely acting as monitoring and excess counsel where she provides liability and exposure advice for multimillion–dollar claims.
An experienced litigator and partner in the firm’s Chicago office, Jessica obtains positive resolutions for her clients through a combination of skilled advocacy, early and detailed analysis of the facts and issues, and thorough preparation.
