Taylor Kendall is an Associate whose practice encompasses litigating catastrophic personal injury claims including professional malpractice, product liability, construction, property, and trucking and automobile negligence cases. Taylor also handles complex, multi-party commercial disputes.
Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. Prior to law school, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
During law school, Taylor was an active member of the Florida State University Trial Team, where she developed courtroom advocacy and litigation skills through regional competitions. She also served as a student member of the First District Court of Appeal American Inn of Court in Tallahassee, participating in programs designed to promote professionalism, ethics, and excellence in appellate advocacy. In addition, Taylor served as a judicial extern, gaining firsthand insight into judicial decision-making and court procedures. She also worked with the Innocence Project, assisting with post-conviction matters, and gained valuable litigation experience at two insurance defense firms while completing her legal education. Before attending law school, Taylor worked as a plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal, giving her a unique perspective on civil litigation from both the plaintiff and defense sides.
