An associate in the firm’s St. Petersburg office, Veronica Guerra focuses her practice on coverage matters and bad faith litigation. She has particular experience advising carriers with regards to commercial general liability policies, commercial property policies, and commercial automobile policies. Veronica has represented carriers in locations across the United States and US Virgin Islands. She has handled cases at every stage of the litigation process—from pre-suit claims to trial—guiding and advising clients on all aspects of policy interpretation. She has also led trainings for carriers and adjusters on insurance law and best practices for claims handling.
Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Veronica worked at national and international firms representing insurance industry clients in coverage and bad faith matters. She earned her law degree from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Florida International University.
