William is an associate in the firm’s New York office, where he focuses his practice on employment litigation. He is dedicated to client service and understands each case requires a tailored approach. William represents employers in claims for discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment), and retaliation brought pursuant to anti-discrimination statutes, including but not limited to, Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the New York State Human Rights Law, the New York City Human Rights Law, and New York Labor Law.

Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, William was an associate at a plaintiff-side labor and employment firm, where he represented employees in claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations and wrongful termination. This experience has provided him with a comprehensive and holistic understanding of labor and employment law, which he applies to the matters he currently handles. He earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
