TLSS Partner Jonathan R. Harwood to Speak at DRI Professional Liability Seminar

TLSS Partner Jonathan R. Harwood will speaking on a panel at the upcoming DRI Professional Liability Seminar. The Seminar takes place November 30, 2018 in New York City, NY.

Harwood will be speaking on "Insurance Agent and Broker Liability," designed to provide guidance on what happens when an agent procuring insurance coverage gets sued. The presentation aims to dissect different defenses to these types of claims, including whether "failure to read the policy" is a valid defense. 

The 2018 DRI Professional Liability Seminar is designed to provide attendees with the tools and background to defend professionals in the current legal climate.
