Traub Lieberman Announces Six Newly Elected Partners

Traub Lieberman is pleased to announce the elevation of Richard Bortnick, Jessica BurtnettRina ClemensLaura FaustinoMichael Lenhardt, and Craig Rokuson to partnership effective January 1, 2019.

Richard Bortnick is a coverage attorney as well as one of the country’s leading experts in cyber coverage and breach counseling. Located in the firm’s New Jersey office, he has been handling cyber, technology and media coverage disputes around the country for over fifteen years, counseling and litigating on behalf of both U.S. and international clients. Richard was named by Advisen as its Cyber Risk Network 2015 Person of the Year, he speaks at many conferences nationwide and he also mentors many of our younger associates.

Jessica Burtnett joined Traub Lieberman in 2018 as Senior Trial Counsel in the Chicago office.  She concentrates her practice in the area of general liability and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in litigating commercial matters, including breach of contract and breach of warranty. Jessica has practiced in over a dozen jurisdictions across the United States, and has overseen matters in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada.

Rina Clemens joined the firm in 2016, and focuses her practice on tort litigation including premises liability, products liability, commercial liability, general liability, and trucking and transportation. She is also a leader in the Palm Beach County legal community and the community at large.

Laura Faustino’s practice concentrates in the areas of professional liability, product liability, premises liability, employment law, and appellate work. Her professional liability practice includes defending architects, engineers, environmental professionals, insurance brokers, physicians and attorneys. Laura defends claims in federal court, state court, and before federal and state administrative bodies.

Michael Lenhardt primarily practices in the area of first-party insurance defense, with a focus on sinkhole litigation and property insurance claims. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Michael worked for a firm in Tampa, Florida representing individuals in connection with litigation involving premises liability, torts and personal injury, negligence, and landlord liability.  

Craig Rokusonjoined the firm in 2015. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage evaluation and litigation. His work includes the preparation of coverage opinions and handling of all phases of litigation of coverage suits in state and federal courts.
